Mthatha based FC Battalion have acquired the status of G-Millionaires, securing their place in the Eastern Cape ABC Motsepe League for the 2025/26 season.
The football club from Mthatha previously played in the SAFA OR Tambo Hollywoodbets Regional League in the past season.
This meant that there would be three teams from Mthatha participating in the ABC Motsepe League EC, which are Bush Bucks, Mighty Eagles FC as well as the new team, FC Battalion.
